Tuesday, May 20, 2003 ::: Say goodbye to S Club 7... they've officially announced their splitting up. I used to like them. They were a pop phenomenon. But the phenomenon is long gone... They know their limits. Limitation scars. Perhaps it's right for them to split up now. I support artists who leave the scene with dignity. When they still have their fans, but they know they're not gonna last forever, and they're not gonna let themselves fade until they become nothing before admitting to the whole world that they are not playing the role of God. Looking at the Best of S Club 7 greatest hits album artwork, I start to realize again why I liked them. They were so young then, and they brought a positive image to all teens (well, that was before scandals started appearing on newspapers). But what a loss.
